I have only done a couple of workouts in T25 but I have done tons of other ones in Beachbody OnDemand – I love having it!! My favs are PiYo, LIIFT4, 21 Day Fix, and P90X3. T25 is a little too much cardio for me 🙂

I'm using the old T25 DVDs from years ago, but I've heard OnDemand is great! And totally understand about the cardio – I'm a die-hard cardio girl (I'd run all day everyday if I had the chance!) but know I definitely need to work on my strength. I'd like to look into P90X3 next!
