The Big White Farmhouse

intentional living, little by little

No.315: Our Extraordinary Ordinary Life // November 2019 Edition

A monthly project featuring ten photos throughout the day that show a peek into our extraordinarily ordinary life.
Monday, November 11, 2019 – Veteran’s Day

Today was a productive day.
After weeks of feeling like I was spinning my wheels and getting nothing accomplished, today felt like a victory!
  • I washed, folded and put away two loads of laundry.
  • I made a loaf of bread for lunch. (It was entirely done in the bread machine, but still…)
  • I prepped my lesson plans for our 13th week of school.
  • I measured Sophie’s bathroom for new floor tile and ordered a sample.
  • I photographed, measured and listed three things on Poshmark and even made two sales!
  • I walked two miles while the kids played outside.
  • I helped D bake a strawberry cake.
  • I wrote a thank you card.
Grateful for a day off of school to catch up on life – I’m ready for the week ahead!

Yay for days when you can get lot of productivity checked off! I love the idea of these monthly posts and may give it a try in a few months. Also, your post reminds me that I should really go fold some laundry . . .

I love looking back at previous months because the kids and their interests change so fast! Documenting the little things means so much to me.
